With everyone becoming deeply triggered into healing and shadow working this year, it is the perfect time to learn some tools. Becoming self-aware during the shadow working is probably one of the biggest keys that will help you with the process. How do we become self-aware? By questioning everything around us, including ourselves. In asking ourselves questions, we are made aware of our patterns. By choosing to self-reflect and check in with ourselves daily, we can get a better understanding of our shortcomings and faults. The self-actualization journey is one where you will learn how to spend a lot of time with yourself and your thoughts. It is a time where we learn how to be more introverted and introspective. It is a time where you will be questioning everything about yourself. Those of you who have read my blog about self-actualization know my stance on it coinciding with the spiritual journey and shadow working. We can’t do one without doing the other and becoming self-aware is a crucial part of the journey moving forward.

I want to take a moment to touch upon codependency and breaking down what that means from a psychological level because this has been such a huge theme in the last year. Codependency is not to be confused with BEING codependent. Being codependent is something completely different and the definition of codependent is what most people think of when they hear the term codependency used, yet these terms should not be used of thought of in conjunction of one another.

I wanted to touch upon twin flame connections because there is a LOT of misinformation that exists about these connections. If you’ve read my History of Twin Flames blog, then you know how and why we were originally created. Yet, within this system and eon people have many misconceptions about these connections and why we are brought together.

I just wanted to take a quick minute to discuss a few aspects of frequency, especially healing frequencies. This is a warning to those of you who don’t have a trained ear or connection with your spirit squad. You should be extra mindful of the sound frequencies that you meditate to or fall asleep to. Every frequency is NOT the same and some people creating these youtube videos have no idea what they are doing.

So lately I’ve been pulled to write about all the misinformation and bullshit that exists in this world when it comes to spirituality, ascension, and the process of transcendence. There are so many people who choose to use words that aren’t clear or concise to describe this process- which only helps to keep the masses confused and in this space of stagnancy. So, my hopes today is to clarify some of these concepts so that you don’t end up dissociating and thinking this world or realm isn’t real. I can assure you that everything here is VERY much real and made out of solid matter. We’re going to explore these concepts though and what they actually mean.

Today we’re going to get into the aspects of our spiritual journey. Those of you who don’t know me, don’t know that I was raised Catholic. I started my spiritual journey when I was 8 years old and going through my first communion. Unlike my fellow classmates, I was the nerd, the ever curious child, and an avid reader. I dissected the fuck out of the bible with the eyes of an objective observer. By the time I was 11, I was preparing for confirmation, and I had SO many questions about every discrepancy I had found. I mean, I poured hours into studying that book and cross-referencing sections. My questions were never answered to my satisfaction though, so at 11 years old, I dropped out of my confirmation class. I figured that if the priest, who’s only job was to KNOW this book, couldn’t answer my questions, then I didn’t want to be confirmed to that religion. Around the same time I was reading all sorts of religious and spiritual texts, unbeknownst to me, I was preparing for my ascension which would begin taking place the very next year when I was 12. By the time I was 13, my chakra system was open and lit up and I had all sorts of goddesses coming to commune with me. This was scary as fuck. I didn’t know about any of them, and the things I could do scared me. No one ever knew the extent of what I could do outside of my immediate family- and I hid aspects of myself from them too.

We’re going to get into alien talk today because this is something that needs to be demystified within this eon. First and foremost, there have NEVER been aliens who reside on other planets. It isn’t the way each system was or is constructed. The planets that exist within a system, exist to energetically influence the earthly realm- each vibrating at specific frequencies. There ARE collective memories of “aliens” though descending from the sky in systems 1-4, but that is only because the beings entering the atmosphere were PERCIEVED as aliens- and not because they actually WERE aliens. They weren’t aliens at all though- they were what we now call Twin Flames, but I like to call them the Equalizers. Yet, they were called aliens as they were foreign to the land and looked different. There are many collective memories of this occurring, yet most people don’t remember the actual truth.

When I was in college, I originally majored in Education, but after having a real ass talk with myself after completing my A.A. I came to the realization that I didn’t want to teach on the elementary or high school level. When I went back to school to get my B.A. I shifted my major and chose to double major in history and psychology instead. That being said, those of you who know me know that I have a DEEP love and appreciation for history. Those of you who really know me though, know that I am always and have always been on a quest to find the most absolute truths that I can find. The truth has always been something that has driven me on my journey. It isn’t enough to know the history that exists here in this realm, for me, it has never been enough. I have spent most of my life on a search for the truth and it wasn’t until I gained access to the universal flow of consciousness that I could actually check for historical accuracy. That being said, what I am about to present to you may be a LOT for some of you to take in. I am not here to debate or argue with anyone about what I have found, checked, double checked, and triple checked within the etheric realms and universal akashics....

The universe has recently been pushing my ass to write about and speak about what I know. What I have seen. What I have experienced. What this process has been like. What I have learned while sitting in the ether and within the universal flow of consciousness. What I have learned while sitting within the universal akashics. What I have learned while taking notes for my Exit the Matrix sessions. In an effort to do as I’m told and be obedient when it comes to my life’s purpose, I’ve decided to shed the fears. The fear of being persecuted. The fear of judgement. The fear that I will be called crazy, as I have been called in far too many lifetimes. It’s time to walk in my purpose and share what I know. That being said, this very first “notes from the ether” will center around the topics that were discussed in my very first Exit the Matrix session. The topics we will cover- duality, male/female relations, and the rise of the patriarchy as the fall of the divine feminine occurred.
