For those of you who don’t remember, we are now living within the 12^th system and within the 3^rd eon of this 12^th system. For equalizer souls this is the 9^th system that we have lived in since the apocalyptic war. Everyone who lives here are old souls who have the past imprinted within said souls. It's just a matter of learning how to access this information through our akashic records. Either way, many equalizer souls have been sent this particular lifetime on a mission. So many people talk about spiritual war but have NO fucking idea what that actually means. This isn’t a war between good and evil. This isn’t a war against demons. There is a war going on right now though for the fate of mortal souls. This is indeed happening, but in order to understand why this is happening, we will have to explore mortal souls and how they work.

With all the shifts currently happening within the cosmos, and all the shifts happening here as well I thought that this would be the perfect time to post up one of my favorite meditative practices. This exercise doesn’t just help you develop psychic abilities and clairvoyance though, as it also helps with focus.

Last year while I was in the ether learning some things, I came across some very interesting information about spirits, demons, God, protection, portals, and casting circles. What does this all have to do with one another? I was told that God is everywhere and nowhere at once. Essentially, you could have an entire conversation with God in your head without anyone ever hearing it. God is everywhere, in everything, and is in you too at the genetic soul level- you are a part of the collective. Your spirit squad also naturally has this telepathic connection to you. What doesn’t have this connection (unless your current family line has demons attached to it) is demons. Demons need portals to enter this world from their lower realms.

When it comes to manifesting and doing spiritual work, unconditional love is the key. This is the key that you will need to get into MANY doors in spirituality, but what can you do when you haven’t reached this frequency yet? Practice gratitude! Gratitude for many of us is where we will begin on our journey through higher emotions and higher frequencies. If you’re having a hard time with embodying these emotions and frequencies, use these journal prompts to get you started in the right direction. There are 36 journal prompts on this list. You can choose to do as many or as little as you would like. Work your way through these prompts, taking your time, and allowing yourself to really think about the questions and how you feel before you answer. Be patient with yourself. The premise of this exercise is to shift your perspective into one of gratitude.

There have been MANY of you experiencing ascension symptoms in the last few months. Solstice and eclipse seasons are especially auspicious times for activations and downloads to happen. When I was doing the lunar notes for December, I also noticed something that I found to be extremely interesting. The degrees of the lunar signs for both the full and new moons were bringing with it and extra dose of activations. These degrees foster growth of clairvoyance and clairaudience, respectively. What is clairvoyance and clairaudience? Psychic sight and sound! Today we will be discussing clairaudience, which is often confused or misdiagnosed as tinnitus.

I’ve been in deep ascension work and training, so I haven’t really been keeping up with blogs. There was a HUGE shift at the end of the year that came in with eclipse season and the winter solstice energies. Many of us are still feeling the effects of these shifts. With that being said, there have been many of you that have been dealing with activations and downloads pummeling your crown and 6^th chakras. There have been so many times where I have tapped collective energies only to feel the migraines, headaches, and spiritual pressure people have been feeling due to these activations. Other common symptoms have been dizziness, feeling disconnected, spiritually high, like your head is going to float away, or disassociation.

There are many people within this realm who are empaths. Being empathic is even a signifier of Equalizer souls, but like I’ve said before- while all Equalizers are empaths, not all empaths are Equalizers. Empathic abilities allow you to become one with the world around you and with nature itself.
