Directions: This product is best used while you take a shower, but after you have used soap. Take a little bit into you hand and scrub onto your body while you think about your intention. Continue to do this until you have scrubbed all over your body. If you have oily skin on your face, you may want to skip your face or follow up with a facial cleanser so that you don't break out. You should also avoid using internally- please do not use this in your yoni but on the outside is OK. This product has not been tested for the yoni.
