Refund Policies

Your donation is 100% non-refundable. Once your donation is processed, we do not offer refunds. Please be mindful about this when purchasing a product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products.

Please be aware that all donations are final!

However, if you are unhappy with your merchandise or it gets damaged during shipping, please email us lebotanica201@gmail.com and we will try our best to correct your dissatisfaction!

For Appointments:

Services with Luna Estrellas Botanica are 100% FREE of charge. Yet, my time nor energy will be freely given to just anyone that asks. Anyone who wishes to book services with me may ask. I will then consult with spirit as to whether or not a session with me would be beneficial. I will then relay the answer of that meeting to you and let you know whether or not you have been spiritually cleared to work with me. At that point we will then schedule a time or day for a session.

ALL of my sessions are done via video chat through IG or FB messenger, zoom, or FaceTime.
